As most know, we specialize in our whiskeys and bourbons. With every new cocktail menu that is released, most of our Single Barrel Bourbons are featured in a cocktail or two.
This menu introduces our Knob Creek Single Barrel, Rye Rye Baby. This flavorful bourbon is mixed in our cocktail, Papaya Island. This cocktail was created to take you to that tropical destination you’ve always dreamed of. Knob Creek Rye Rye Baby is mixed with Papaya-Tarragon Shrub and Lemon Juice to give the perfect refreshing flavor.
Kiss My Hass
If whiskey or bourbon isn’t your choice of drink, Kiss My Hass was also introduced to this menu. Avocado-Infused Absolut Elyx is blended with Pineapple, Orange, and Lime Juices that are mixed with Crème de Coconut and Turmeric-Infused Honey. This vodka-based cocktail is the perfect mix of fresh and savory.
There are so many new refreshing cocktails on our menu. With flavors of citrus, honey, cherry, rosemary, and so much more, it is impossible to go wrong with any of the cocktails on our new summer menu.
